President's Corner
 WELCOME TO THE HPHS CLASS OF 1961 WEBSITE!!!!!
This is something new that we have started to make it easier to stay in touch with each other and to keep up on the news of the class in general. For example, you can expect to receive information about our upcoming Fiftieth Reunion on the website as well as by email and snail mail.
As time goes on, you will see many other features of interest that will develop. It is going to be fun, and if you have anything that you would like to share with the other members of the class, please feel free to send it in so that it can be included. Now, before you say, "Oh, they wouldn't care about that" remember that we are in all likelihood your oldest friends who are still alive, know all about you, and like you anyway!!!!!!
This "Corner" is a little bit shorter than many that will be in the future, but I want to acknowledge the generosity of Marty Samuelsohn [the uncle of Susan Candy Luterman] who made a donation in honor of Richard Quick. His donation was supplemented by George Otstott and Donna Small, so that we are fully funded and have not dipped into any of our other funds to get this website under way.
In closing, please don't forget our goal to have at least $20,000 in the scholarship fund by the time we have our reunion, so despite the recession, please think of a donation at your convenience [I will be blunter as we get closer to the reunion]. Thanks to all who have donated for your support.
